Creating a LAN between machines

What about creating an internal network (LAN) between two or more KVM virtual machines?
I tried to do that but I don't understand the basics things to do.
Could you help me, please?

Simply create a new bridge (no ip adress needed) Then you can connect each VM to that bridge.
