Okay, so it seems it is not just a DNS issue, but you have no network connectivity.

Please share the output of:
  • ip addr from the host and from the VM
  • cat /etc/network/interfaces from the host
  • qm config <VMID> from the host for the VM in question
Do you have a DHCP server in the network? Probably you have no IP address and you have to perform a static network configuration from within the VM.

Regarding network configuration for Ubuntu, please let me refer you to their documentation https://ubuntu.com/server/docs/network-configuration.
Also, you can find plenty of resources online explaining the basics step by step, for example you can find an introduction in the ubuntu docs as well https://ubuntu.com/server/docs/network-introduction

Your output is cut off and you only provided half the output requested. Please provide all the information requested. Anyways, already from what you send, it seems like you define the same IPv4 address to interface enp9s0 and vmbr0, also with 2 different netmasks. This will not work, please fix you host network setup before caring about the VM network setup.

You can find example configuration in our docs, https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pv...uration#_default_configuration_using_a_bridge
