Hello, My VMs are 32bit. But after migrating to v2.0, I found that it is qemu64. So should I switch to qemu32bit? Or any better one. Because some vms are performing very slow compared to old 1.9 version.

I know server is very low configuration...
This server has one linux kvm and one windows kvm. Windows is performing slower than it used to be with 1.9. Thats all I noted. But maybe it is normal with 1.8Ghz CPU.
You tested with exsactly the same hardware? What benchmark did you use to test? Please post the numbers.
Actually, I did not test old system neither new one. All I noticed, windows vm is running slower. But probably not proxmox related as other vms on better configurations are running perfect.
Yesterday I switched to qemu32 (not sure if it helped - I upgraded the day before to version 2), today, I just noticed that cpu is not not at %80-90 like I had seen two days ago for couple of hours and performance is much better. It is like I had to wait some time...
