CPU recommendation low TDP

Hi im new at promox, i need something arround 10 to 20 TDP.

My needs are one vmare to Ubuntu, One to Centos 7 and One to Windows 10.

Its not for heavy stuff, only to install pi-hole, home assistant, unifi.

And if possivel to use Windows 10 in the same machime with HDMI trough mousse &keyboard.

I dont if with this board/CPU os possible?

I use J4205 for years. It uses roughly 10 Watt with two SSDs. The problem could be running windows with pcie passthrough, mine has no support for IOMMU.
