CPU bar graph in Proxmox frontend

Hi,

This is a fairly arbitrary question but we keep asking it in the office :) what is the lighter green little bar that appears on the CPU current cpu usage in the Proxmox frontend?

Absolute CPU usage (count all cores on that host), versus
Relative CPU usage (count cores assigned to the VM)
