We are using proxmox openvz and using cpanel on VPS
The VPS has quota problem. We can not enable quota for users.
Cpanel answered that :

You will need to contact your VPS provider and request that second-level quotas be enabled for your VPS. This must be done in the Virtuozzo hardware node; it is not something that can be changed on the VPS itself or via cPanel.
