Could not upgrade proxmox

Hi.
I have Debian squeeze. I use following instruction for upgrade https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Upgrade_from_2.3_to_3.0. When I run ./pve-upgrade-2.3-to-3.0 I get following errors:

I have same problem when I run apt-get -f install

I never had problem do upgrade proxmox before, but 2.3 is really a long time ago. In this case it would be better, and really faster an new install. Export machines, install Proxmox 3.3 and recover machines.
