the syslog of node1 is full of that messages (corosync[52762]: [TOTEM ] Retransmit List: dfb0)
what does it mean ? node2, 3 and 4 are not showing up this messages.

Is this message repeating after the fourth node has joined? If so, then check your network, there should be no packet loss or high latency. Also if any of the nodes are overloaded or show any other kind of issue that would delay processing totem requests.
