Convert VMDK to raw

Hi , my pve-qemu-kvm version is : 2.12.1-3
i trying to convert vmdk to raw format
but when executing :
qemu-img convert -f vmdk barsha_Disk0-flat.vmdk -O raw ../images/barsha_Disk0.raw
the output is : invalid VMDK image descriptor

First, I don't think there has ever been a version 2.12.1-3.
Second, please upgrade.
Third, are you sure that you have to import exactly this file? If you're trying to import from ESXi or similar then also try the command with the other [flat].vmdk files.
