Container has no start option after trying to convert it to template

I've tried to create a template from a container and clicked Convert to template.

Now the container doesn't have a Start button.

It also didn't appear under templates.

Otherwise:

# pct unlock 101
no lock found trying to remove any lock

How should I proceed?

Or is it basically expected behavior and I am supposed just to clone it from there on?

How can I get a tarball accessible via CT Templates instead?
