Console Screen size for Server 2012 cannot see all of screen

Hi Installed Server 2012R2, I am working remotely, so 2 questions. 1, I am logging onto a PC on the network then accessing the ProxMox console from there, is there a better way when remote? 2, All I see of the screen is the recycle bin in the top left hand corner. Once finished installing I can RDP or use other method. Is there a way around this? The minimum resolution available is 1024x768 by right clicking on the desktop. By fiddling around I got to install RDP. BUT, why so hard?

Hi, never happened with that specific OS version, but sometimes, using vnc/java console, this happened to me: it helped using "the console "reload" button, or close and reopen the console (I guess sometimes, at first cponsole start, java add some sloweness which cause this behaviour). Never happened with spice, though, which I prefer if possible, is as fast as rdp (probably not that stable yet).
