Connections dropping

Im having an issue with one particular client who is using microsoft.com for hosting email. Ive tried putting them in the whitelist by name (messaging.microsoft.com) and i tried putting in a handful of IP's to see if that was it but doesnt seem to be.

then a rejected message ... any ideas. i tried pasting the few lines from tracking center but didnt work so i just put the top 2 lines in.

Looks like the policy daemon is not running. Please start that daemon.

Thanks for the follow up, the policy service was running, and this was the only domain in which I was getting this error from. I recieved an email yesterday from their it dept. that they had some spf errors and last night just after midnight I recieved 2 emails from this domain. the first emails recieved from them in over a month.

Hopefully it was the spf record on their side, but strange that I wasnt showing it in the tracking as usually I do.
