connection refused between two LXC (Nextcloud & MariaDB)

Hi folks,

Im new to proxmox and try to migrate from the Diskstation setup.
I hope im in the correct sub, if not please move or help to to say where it is correctly stated.

I have 2 LXC. One for Nextcloud, one for MariaDB & phpMyAdmin. Each LXC is bridged and can be pinged from each side and a different system. I can SSH to each, so I guess the access is properly given.

Now to my stuck issue which I am not aware whats wrong, my Firewall is turned off
Container -> Firewall -> options -> Firewall = No


During the setup of Nextcloud I try to provide the credentials of the local admin acc and below the credentials from the database:

This is the ip-address of the MariaDB LXC:

This is the port where mariaDB is listening:

This is the Usersettings and the accessrights for the database:


At this point I assume that everything SHOULD work.
But I always get connection refused.

Did you configure mariaDB for remote access? [1]

I tried to have a look there, unfortunatly it was not working for me. For me this video worked and As far as I could see the section of the bind-address is not [mysqld] is is [mariadb] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ou1jBv--veo
