Hello. I'm new to proxmox. Recently I rented a server, I successfully installed the proxmox, but I can not configure the network in the proxmox, I'm writing in support, support starts to go away from the help. I have this situation, I bought 3 additional IPs, I want to create 4 virtual servers, that everyone would have their own ip, how can I do this. Help please, I'm already tired of reinstalling the Debian, if I make a mistake, the Debian stops working, I've reinstalled the Debian more than 5 times. Thanks.

All depends on how you provider routes the additional IP adresses. If the provider gave you 4 IP addresses from the same pool, then it is easy. In the proxmox network settings configure a bridge. Give this bridge the main IP address. Then you can have 3 VMs. configure the VMs to have their network in this newly created bridge.

If the provider gave you IP adresses from different networks, you may need specific configuration in the VM for routing - ask your provider.
