Configure Exchange 2019 with PMG

Hello All,
I'm new to PMG, i have installed and configured PMG, also I created a send connector on my Exchange server, but now when I try to send emails outside my organization I got the below error, any idea what's wrong,

Did you change the send port of the new send connector? The default internal SMTP port of Pmg is 26.

Thanks for the reply, yes and it was not working, it only worked when I enabled TLS on the PMG.

Also i need to configure PMg to receive emails from outside, it's behind a firewall and I configured the firewall to NAT the traffic for port 25 to PMG server IP, but it's not working, is there any configuration from the PMG side to accept the traffic from the firewall.

as an update, all is working fine now, there was something wrong with the firewall rule.
