Community Subscription not valid but end date is 5 months out?

Morning everyone,

Wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone else has experienced this type of issue. I bought a community subscription on 9/25/2024, 2cpus/1year. I'd think that the renewal date would be on 9/25/2025 but my host is saying my subscription isn't valid anymore. Has anyone else gone through this issue and what was the resolution?

no, I was having issues with another server that was in the cluster. It was removed with the following commands:

systemctl stop pve-cluster corosync
pmxcfs -l
rm /etc/corosync/*
rm /etc/pve/corosync.conf
killall pmxcfs

At the moment it's just the one host.

Apparently, our FW team didn't implement new rules when segmenting our network with new vlans. Issue solved! Thanks everyone.
