Hello,

If we try to search in the tracking center for more than a few hours back we get this error. Any advice how can we fix it? This was working fine just a few days ago. Is it possible that there is something in the log that is braking it like some from, to address with strange characters?

command '/usr/bin/pmg-log-tracker -v -l 2000 -s 1611010800 -e 1611097200 -n -g -t test' failed: got unexpected data: TO:60069E6E:T60069E6EL00000000:N: from to <> at /usr/share/perl5/PMG/API2/MailTracker.pm line 190. (500)

Thank you for your help!

To add to this this image is line 190 at /usr/share/perl5/PMG/API2/MailTracker.pm

Could you provide the syslog (/var/log/syslog[.X]) for that timeframe?
Most likely there is a line in there that breaks it, yes.
