Code 43 with GPU pass trough in win11

I am running
I3 12100
32GB ram
Gigabyte H610M K
Quadro M4000
Linux 6.2.16-3-pve
Win11 10.0.22621 Build 22621
I have setup passtrough, i can install the drivers but thats as far as it gets. If i restart it throws a code 43. Ive tried with 552.86 and 392.37 neither of which make any difference.
