[SOLVED] Clustered servers with mix CPUs model

Hi all,

We have 8 servers with different server models and CPUs specs. And wanted to create cluster environment.
- 1x Intel Xeon Gold 5320
- 2x Intel Xeon E-2388G
- 2x Intel Xeon Gold 5318N
- 3x Intel Xeon Silver 4309Y


1. Is it advisable to form 1 cluster with those 8 servers with different CPUs specs?
2. Any CPUs compatibility issues to form these clustered servers?
3. As a clustered environment, can i migrate a VM from Intel Xeon Gold 5320 server to either Intel Xeon E-2388G or Intel Xeon Silver 4309Y server?
4. In my case, how can i create clustered servers?

As long as your VMs don't use any features that aren't supported on the older ones, it should be fine.
You can either use `kvm64`, the default CPU model for your VMs, or choose the lowest common denominator, either a predefined model or your own CPU type [0].
