Cluster with Testsystem?

Hello,
is it possible to configure a cluster node, shutdown the node and only activate it when resources are needed? (e.g. Maintenance)
Has shuting down a node any effects on the master server?
Are there additional resource requirements with clustering enabled? (RAM, CPU)
Are there any performance impacts with clustering enabled?

no, currently not.
