cluster member removed but still in list

Hi there,

I have run the command:

pvecm delnode hostname-of-server

But the host still appears in the server view of the web interface.

It doesn't appear in the Datacenter->Summary page and to all intents and purposes is not part of the cluster.

Any ideas of how to remove it from the list (it has the red icon).

Remon all files in /etc/pve/nodes/<OLDNODENAME>

Hi Dietmar,

Many thanks. I removed the offending hosts directory from this location and it's now disappeared from the overview.

Is this a bug or was it a mistake on my part?

This is expected behavior. This is quite convenient if you have VM configuration (or other data) on that node.
