Cluster HA problem

Hi guys, we had some challenges with our proxmox cluster and while trying to get some VM's booted back up we tried taking them out of the HA.

Since doing so we seem to have something stuck in the Datacenter HA area and we cannot add them. it says they are still "deleting".

Any idea how we can resolve this? See attcahed photo
