Hi I have a question about local second drives. I have 2 PVE 2.1 servers up and set to a cluster each with a second drive (raid setup) with an blank LVM. I can add each LVM to the GUI and i can install a VPS on each one so i can say its all working good but the issue is i cant move (migrate) a VPS from on PVE server to other because it says "storage 'lraid1' is not available on node 'pmax2' (500)". Now it works if i use the main "local" drive because each server has a drive called "local" but i cant name my LVM's i added the same name as the GUI will not let me. If my thinking is correct if i could name my LVM's the same in the GUI it would work? but if so how can i do that outside the GUI??

my LVM's are called lraid1 on server 1 and lraid2 on server 2 in the GUI but both LV are named lraid1 at the server level.

PS im using KVM

Thanks in advance for any help!

You only need to define one storage called 'lraid1'. We assume that such storage is available on all nodes (by default), unless you restrict that.
