As we had so many issues and finally have working templates we wouid like to share our templates.
So far we have:
CentOS-Stream
Ubuntu 18.04
Ubuntu 20.4
Debian 10
We have cloud-init running
root login enabled
password and key authentication
We run PVE with Hostbill so if you need working templates let us know and we can share.
Please note: You should check the images before using in production but they are not modified except for cloud.cfg and ssh_config as well as selinux has been set to permissive for centos.
