To make sure that all your machines are correctly in sync with NTP, could you verify that all PVE hosts have a 'sane' time offset?
This can be checked by running the command chronyc tracking.
Did this clockskew happen right after a reboot or restart of the Ceph Monitor daemon? That could be 'expected' behavior and should correct itself quite fast (usually within a minute).
