clearing orphaned inode / locked VM

hello
i have done a update then i should reboot
one VM did not reboot and blocked because it was locked, why this happen?

then it took a long time to restart for this VM,
and had some clearing orphanend

If I understand you correctly, you rebooted your PVE server? Where did you see that it was locked? A VM is locked, on create/backup/migrate/rollback/snapshot/delete snapshot. If the VM didn't respond to the ACPI call on a PVE shutdown, then it will be killed after 120sec.

the printsreens are after the reboot, which take a longe time till apache runs
