We recently upgraded a local installation to PVE 3.3 and had an issue with the final cleanup step of the upgrade script, so we had to repeat the process and avoided that part.
In order to cleanup the system and deactivated services we don't use I would appreciate if anyone could confirm:
- Bacula... service is not running, but can that be safely deinstalled or are any parts still used by the scripts?
- Apart from Apache, what other large size package is worth removing?
- PVECluster Service, can we stop it if we have no clustering? How as it's not stoppable from the web panel?
- iSCSI services report some errors on boot. Again we don't use it, can we remove it or make sure services are not running till we need them?
Thanks.
