CKSUM error Special Devices SSD in Proxmox Backup Server

Hello,

we have encountered an CKSUM error on two of our Special Devices SSD 4 and 1 in Proxmox Backup Server.

The SSDs connected in the Zpool as special devices.



Is there any error or how can we fix this.

after futher time there is possibly a hardware issue.
