Citrix Netscaler on Proxmox

hello,
I try to start the KVM Image from Citrix Netscaler 12.x but the OS don't start.
I get the massage :
FreeBSD/x86 bootstrap loader, Revision NS1.2
Loading /boot/defaults/loader.conf
and the boot hang ...

I had the same hang with an ADM virtual appliance. When I extracted the .tgz file there was a .xml file which had the MAD ID. I change the MAC to this in Proxmox. The other thing I did at the same time was add a Serial Port on the hardware tab.
I'm not sure which of the 2 did it or both but it booted up after this.

i added the serial port ... after that the Netscaler booted up.
