Hello !

I'm going to create a new vm (email server), but citserver is running in physical host. yes, I've installed citadel while pve installation... and now I need to know the impact of stopping citserver.
Have you tried to stop it?

You can remove it, it is not needed for anything. It doenst come wiht Proxmox if you use the baremetall installer, only when you setup Proxmox on an already installed Debian. Just remove it and replace it by the MTA you like.
