Hi all, some months ago I have installed a proxmox 6 on a 3 nodes cluster using the default kernel (I didn't buy any subscription plan). Now I would like to upgrade my nodes to proxmox 7 and at the same time buy a subscription plan and I would like to choose the right one. On the Standard plan I see that is included remote support via ssh. But what does it means? Means that I can open a ticket (for example "I would like to upgrade my cluster to proxmox VE 7") and they do the job via ssh or means that the support is ever via mail but if something wrong they can decide to connect via ssh to solve the issue?

Thank you very much

hi,

the support is via our ticket portal.
if you have a subscription plan with ssh support, that means at your request we can connect to your machine (of course you still need to give us access) and diagnose the problem.
