Change whole cluster network

I have five node cluster up and running in network X.
We are moving datacenter and moving this hardware to new network segment Y.
What is best way to redo this? I want to keep all installation and just change IP/netmask/gateway and have cluster back up and running.

Then I am redo IPs for LXC and VMs not a problem.

Try in VMs before, but normally, if you edit yours /etc/hosts files on each node with the new node IP address for each, it does work ^^"

isn't there any corosync config that requires changes? just /etc/network/interface, /etc/hosts, dns will that do it?
