Change main IP of Proxmox Node

Dear all,

Sounds basic but is there anything i need to be aware of when changing the main IP of a proxmox node? Some suggest to not change only in the UI but via CLI too.

Is there an official way of doing so?

I'm changing the main IP from 185.145.22.5 to 45.8.13.5

Since your subnet changes you might want to alter the DNS address too. What's always important is that you update the hosts file as well.
