Change hostname and certificate issue

Good morning,
I have installed the Mail Gateway 8.1.2 on my VM. I recently had to change the hostname, from old.domain.local to new.domain.local.
I edited succesfully the /etc/hosts, /etc/hostname and /etc/resolv.conf with the new hostname (the IP is the same).

Now, in the web GUI, I go to Configuration -> Certificare and I see that the unique certificate pmg-api.pem file is linked to the old hostname (Issuer /CN=<old hostname> and Subject /CN=<old hostname>).

How can I renew or generate a new certificate with the new hostname?

pmgconfig apicert --force 1
pmgconfig cert info #display current certs
systemctl restart pmgproxy

You can of course put your own cert and key in place if needed. (The file contains both cert and key.)
