change Host name not import vm to new host name

I changed the hostname
But the qemu-server file is not transferred to the new address and the virtual machines are not turned on
I also uploaded the files, but the error gives access and it is not possible to upload

Can you explain a little bit further what is not working? After changing the hostname, you also need to do lots of other things: see here
