I've installed a new node (proxmox 6) and created a new cluster (to migrate from existing cluster from proxmox 5 to proxmox 6). The problem is that the new cluster have the same NAME, and few days later I'm having problems with the existing custer (corosync crashes).

I've seen that using the same name is not recommended, but I've seen that after creating the new cluster.

Is any of this options possible?

1- Change the cluster name? There is only one node, but it have a VM on it.

2- Create a new cluster and move that node to the new one without moving de VM?

3- Remove the cluster and create a new one?

Thanks.

yes.

if there are no other nodes, edit /etc/pve/corosync.conf, the cluster_name variable. afterwards restart the corosync daemon
