[SOLVED] ceph: cephfs-mirror is missing

We use ceph 18.2.4 . We try to create a cephfs mirror as a backup to another site.
We know that there is no support for this from proxmox, and that we can't expect any support for the mirror.

But it would be nice if you would compile and ship the cephfs-mirror daemon, so that we could put together a solution for ourself.

Hi,

the cephfs-mirror is indeed packaged & available from our Ceph repositories, e.g. for the current Ceph Squid track, that is cephfs-mirror/ stable 19.2.0-pve2 amd64.

Do you have your apt repositories configured correctley, as per our admin guide?
Do you encounter any specific problems while downloading or installing the package?

Our ceph cluster was upgraded from 16.x to 18.2.4 over the last 2 years.
I didn't consider that it is in a new pagacke .

It instaled without a problem.

Just searching the packets helps sometimes. .... Let's look what other ceph packages i find usefull ...
