Ceph and multiple pools on different OSD's?

I have 3 servers with an identical configuration:

3x 960Gb Samsung enterprise SSD
1x 480Gb Samsung enterprise SSD
1x 240Gb Samsung enterprise SSD
2x 900Gb 10K SAS enterprise HDD

That's per node. So I have the above 3 times.

Now I want proxmox+ceph and have 3 Ceph pools in order to separate the load by placing VM on different pools.

I need these pools:

Pool 1: 9x 960Gb SSD
Pool 2: 3x 480Gb SSD
Pool 3: 6x 900Gb HDD + 3x 240Gb SSD (journal/cache)

But I don't understand how I can do that? I installed proxmox+ceph and created 9 OSD's so far. I created the OSD's for the 9x 960Gb SSD's and it seems to work just fine.

But I can't figure out how to configure the other pools. How can I tell which OSD belongs to which pool.

Can anyone help me out please?
