CD Rom eject lock.

Hi,Whenever I put a CD/DVD in the physical drive for the Guest OS to use, and am finished using it, when i press eject, the Guest "Ejects" the drive, but the drive does not pop open and it keeps spinning up and down. Anyone know how to fix this?
