CD drive mount issues in windows with long ISO name

HI there,
Just a reminder for the proxmox coders out there.

When you mount a cd-drive ISO from the LOCAL storage with the name : 26100.2314.241105-1703.GE_RELEASE_SVC_PROD1_SERVER_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO
It won't mount in windows server 2025 .. nothing happens. I assume the path or name is too long.
tried extra reboots of the win2025 server , installed all proxmox 9.1 updates , tried latest virtio drivers ,tried windows updates first .. nothing...

When i rename this file via the proxmox shell to : WindowsServer2025.iso then the cd drive in windows is reachable and useable.

I do not know if other users have this issue.. but if they have this is the solution ;-)

This is a forum, not support.

If you really want to report it, check if it's a computer-specific issue and file it on Bugzilla.

* Downloading an ISO with a longer name didn't cause that issue...
Mounted successfully and operates without issues (though uploading ISOs via the GUI still has problems, but that can't be helped).

/var/lib/vz/template/iso/

26200.6584.250915-1905.25h2_ge_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTENTERPRISEEVAL_OEMRET_x64FRE_ja-jp.iso
