Hallo Forum!

Hat jemand etwas Erfahrung bez Backup mit proxmox-backup-client und Files am CephFS Filesystem?

Ich möchte gerne ein Ordner sichern der sich in Pfad: "/mnt/pve/<cephFS-Filesytem>/backupme" befindet
In Link [0] steht, dass für mountpoints der param "--include-dev" mitangegeben werden muss. Siehe [1].

Mit "mount" ist zu erkennen dass es sich beim Pfad "/mnt/pve/<cephFS>" um ein Mountpoint handelt.
Trotzdem wurde auch ohne dem Parameter beim Test die Files korrekt gesichert.

Nun wäre meine Frage ob bei Ceph Mountpoints ebenfalls "--include-dev" mit angegeben werden muss.
Wenn ja der Pfad zum Mountpoint oder zum Ordner der gesichert werden soll? "/mnt/pve/<cephFS-Filesytem>/backupme"oder "/mnt/pve/<cephFS-Filesytem>"

Please note that proxmox-backup-client does not automatically include mount points. Instead, you will see a short skip mount point message for each of them. The idea is to create a separate file archive for each mounted disk. You can explicitly include them using the --include-dev option (i.e. --include-dev /boot/efi). You can use this option multiple times for each mount point that should be included.
