Can't stop Qemu VM

Gents,

This morning I was installing a new Qemu VM. All went well untill my VNC connectino froze, couldn't reconnect either. I tried to stop it.. didn't to, status was "executing stop" and then nothing ..
Killed the stale vnc processes and also the qemu stop process and tried to stop it from the command line, no result, just does nothing although I'm not throw back to command line (command doesn't exit).

What to do here? Any suggestions?

qm list

gives you the PID of running VMs. Try to kill manually.
