Can't start VM, Logical volume in use.

It's a recurrent though not consistent problem on my cluster. It's more likely to happen right after a migration.

The VM fails to boot and prints the following message:

can't deactivate LV '/dev/rbvm/vm-10110-disk-1': Logical volume rbvm/vm-10110-disk-1 in use.​


What could be the problem?
