Can't start new VM

I'm sure this is a simple issue, but I cant figure out what i is. I haven't tried to build a new VM in about 6 month. All my current VMs are running fine. I don't ever remember having this issue in the passed, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong now.

I build the new VM, but it won't launch. I've attached the error log.

Any sujestions?

Hi,
the error message seems to indicate that you do not have a /usr/bin/ovs-vsctl binary. Either configure your bridge to not use OVS or make sure the relevant packages (i.e. openvswitch-switch) are correctly installed.
