cant see the hdd in the storage

Hi
Its my first time installing proxmox i had my server installed before on ubuntu server I thought to make a fresh start in a new house by installing proxmox and then installing ubuntu an other VMs according to my needs.
So I finished installing this on my server. My server has 1 256 gb SSD and a 4 tb HDD
However when I open the web interface and when I open my summary it says "/ HD space 3.91% (2.50 GiB of 64.06 GiB)"
so I am a little confused
can someone please explain how this storage work?
i have one more question in summary it says "Enterprise repository needs valid subscription " did I download the wrong version that need subscription?
I know this a dumb question and I know I got a lot to learn I hope someone can help me get started.

this only display the usage of the root partition, i.e. the partition where Proxmox VE itself is installed.
If you properly configured your secondary storage (the 4TB disk) as a storage, it can be selected in the left sidebar, or typing either "storage" or the name of the storage itself in the search field in the top. In the summary there you can see usage statistics.

No, but you need to configure the repositories to use the no-subscription ones. Please see our admin guide on Package Repositories, esp. the Repository Management section.

Thank you so much this has cleared a lot of confusion I don't see my secondary storage mounted anywhere. And how can i configure my secondary storage properly?
