Can't see proxmox IP, eventough I can connect to VM

hi there!

I have installed proxmox on terminal PC, and installed there a homeassistant instance.
now I connected terminal PC to router port, and I can't see Proxmox IP in the router network list. ALso running arp -a does not show its IP.
However I know it is somewhere there running, since I can see Home Assistant IP and I can connect to it.

Any clues what shall I do to also access proxmox in such setup?
