Can't reach web GUI

Yesterday I finished configuring the proxmox install and started setting up a plex container, everything worked fine. The server stood ON the whole time.

Now, I can't reach the web UI, the title on the tab shows proxmox, the icon shows the proxmox icon, but the screen just stays black (proxmox black, if that makes sense). The connection doesn't time out or anything, and I can SSH in perfectly fine, and even my plex container is running fine, the only problem is the web UI.

I'll add some info I've seen requested on other threads:

Tried restarting the server and again, boots up normally, can SSH, container is active, no GUI.
Tried different browsers, same result.
Tried different computers, same result. Mine's connected via ethernet, same as server, the other one via wifi.
On my phone I can access the mobile GUI on the same address, log in and see the specs of the server.

Tried apt update and apt full-upgrade, nothing happened.

FINALLY, reinstalling pve-manager and proxmox-widget-toolkit solved the issue.
apt install --reinstall pve-manager proxmox-widget-toolkit
Just in case someone googles their way to this post.
