[SOLVED] Can't log into GUI after adding new pve user.

Hello,

I'm using Proxmox 8.3 at home for a few VMs, I'm pretty new to it as I've moved over from ESXi. I've been using 'root' to log into the GUI for now, but decided to create myself a proper pve account today, currently it has very limited access. Anyway I can no longer access the GUI via root since creating this new user, so I've messed up. I can SSH into root though.

How can I fix this access for root and the GUI?

Stupid me, the dropdown had defaulted to use PVE and not PAM all good now.
