Cant install Proxmox!

Hello, i can't install proxmox, please see screenshot. Why, what is problem?

Ok, we can install proxmox, but After install, i change repository to pve-no-subscription and upgrade. After reboot i see this error.

Have you installed the newest firmware (which is a bold statement for such an old server).

Yes, version 7.1-7 is installed!

Hello, i've got the same problem here, can't install proxmox 7.1-2 on a PowerEdge 1950.
How did you got pass the error you first mentioned and install it?

Got it. Fixed by using passing the kernel parameter nolapic.

I was having similar results upgrading from 6.4 to 7.2. An older kernel was still there so through Grub I chose the older 5.4.203-1-pve kernel boots fine. I'll try adding the nolapic kernel parameter to the normal bootup and see if that gives me a reliable reboot.
