Can't get network to vms.

Hello, I am trying to get network to my vm, I am on a network that the iT department above mine has DHCP Reserved through Mac Filtering, What all do I have to register, currently I have just my Network cards mac registered. But am unable to get internet, any help would be great thanks.

Hi,

If I understand you correctly, your VM doesn't get an IP? If you are using a bridge configuration, you would need to register the MAC address of your VM interface. You can see it in the hardware section of your VM.
